Shipping Policy
US SHIPPING
Kindly allow 2-5 business days for our team to carefully and purposefully process, prepare, wrap and ship your order to you.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an update to the email address provided on the order so you can track its whereabouts as it is in transit to you.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address of the shipping method selected.
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
While we have done our very best to connect with the best delivery providers out there, we are at their mercy once your package is in their hands. After we ship your order, deliveries can take 4-14 business days for US orders depending on your delivery location & shipping provider.
If you are questioning any part of your order falling outside of the timeline provided above please contact us at support@lotlately.com so we can fix it.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
After we ship your order to your Canadian address, deliveries can be delayed due to border and customs processes; please keep this in mind when making your order.
Time frames below are approximate:
USPS First Class Package International, 7 – 21 business days
UPS Standard, 5 - 15 business days
DHL Express Worldwide, 3 - 7 business days
We don’t want your Saint delivery day to be eclipsed by any unpleasant surprises. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These will be your responsibility, so please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
After we ship your order to your international address, deliveries can take between 15-26 business days. International deliveries can be delayed due to border and customs processes; please take this into consideration when placing your order.

DAMAGED/OPENED PACKAGE
If you receive your package and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@lotlately.com
